The product is colorless transparent viscous liquid, boiling point 243-245°C, soluble in water and organic solvents, hygroscopic, need to be sealed and stored away from light.

Epoxy curing: high efficiency medium temperature curing agent, used in composite materials, electronic packaging

Gas treatment: Acid gas (CO₂/H₂S) absorber

Surface treatment: key components of metal corrosion inhibitor and electroplating additive

Personal care: shampoo, hair dye pH regulator
