Automotive hose

Automotive hose, as an important component on vehicle, is used for air conditioning, cooling, power steering, and so forth. Main material of automotive hose usually uses nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, acrylic rubber, epichlorohydrin rubber, and hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber. For normal use, the hose requires a large temperature scope from -20 °C to 120 °C, corrosion resistance, some hardness and tensile strength, thus, automotive hose is also made from framework material such as polyester cord etc.

Based on purpose, automotive house is divided into low pressure hose, high pressure resistance hose and oil resistance hose. Low pressure hose is mainly use for cooling system, high pressure resistance hose is used for brake hydraulic system and working environment with pressure, and oil resistance hose is used for fuel oil supply system.
