C13 Alcohol Ethoxylate, also known as Isotridecyl Alcohol Ethoxylate, is a nonionic surfactant produced from synthetic C13 alcohol and ethylene oxide. Different EO levels provide different balances of oil affinity, water compatibility, wetting and emulsification performance.
