Cementing compound

Cementing compound  is classified into natural high-molecular compound (starch, animal skin glue, bone glue, etc.), synthetic polymeric compound(thermosetting resin  such as epoxy resin, phenolic resin, urea resin, polyurethane, and so forth, thermoplastic resin such as polyvinyl acetal ,perchloro-ethylene resin and so on, synthetic rubber  such as chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber  and so forth) or inorganic compound(silicate,) According to use requirements, cementing compound is often mixed with curing agent, accelerant, reinforcing agent, diluent, and filler, and so forth. Based on purpose, it can be classified into thermal insulation gum, seal gum, structure gum, and so on. Based on process, it can be classified into ambient temperature curing glue, and pressure sensitive adhesive. Applied adhesive can connect dissimilar material with sheeting, and stress at adhesion joint distributes evenly. Epoxy resin, chloroprene rubber, and seal gum are often used in container manufacturing and repairing.

Our many high-performance materials are used in cementing compound field, for example, high temperature styrene butadiene is used for electrical adhesive tape, carboxyl nitrile for electronic glue, solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR) for label adhesive tape, and polyisobutene for all kinds of pressure sensitive tape.
