Monoethylene glycol is a colorless, transparent and slightly viscous liquid. It tastes slightly sweet. It is hygroscopic. It is miscible with water, glycerol, acetone, acetic acid, etc., slightly soluble in ether, and insoluble in benzene, petroleum ether, and oils. It is used in the manufacture of resins, plasticizers, synthetic fibers, cosmetics and explosives, etc.
Polykem supplies high-purity monoethylene glycol (MEG) with a purity of ≥99.9% and has passed the ISO 9001 certification. Polyester grade (for fibers/bottle flakes) and antifreeze grade (freezing point -37℃) specifications are provided, and ISO TANK/200kg drum packaging is supported.
