Commonly Used Additives In Rubber Processing

3. Anti-aging agent

Rubber products are easily affected by factors such as heat, oxygen, ozone, light, metal ions and mechanical force during use and age. In order to prevent rubber aging, antioxidants are often needed. They participate in the reaction of rubber molecules to generate a stable chemical structure, thereby inhibiting or destroying the oxidative cracking reaction of rubber under external influences and extending the service life of rubber products.
