Qingdao Polykem 2026 Guizhou Team-Building Trip Successfully Concluded

From June 4 to 8, 2026, the Polykem team traveled to Guizhou, China, for the company’s annual team-building trip. During the five-day journey, team members took a short break from daily work, enjoyed Guizhou’s mountains, waterfalls and local culture, and had time to talk and relax together outside the office.

The itinerary covered Qingyan Ancient Town, Huangguoshu Waterfall, Libo Xiaoqikong and Xijiang Miao Village, giving the team a closer look at Guizhou’s landscape and local culture. At Qingyan Ancient Town, the team walked through historic streets and experienced the charm of traditional architecture. At Huangguoshu Waterfall, the magnificent waterfall scenery and rising mist left a strong impression on the whole team.

In Libo Xiaoqikong, team members enjoyed the clear water, green mountains and river valley scenery. The journey also included a visit to Xijiang Miao Village, where the team experienced local ethnic culture, traditional village views and folk customs, adding more cultural meaning to the trip.

In addition to sightseeing, the trip included interactive team activities such as group games, boating and cycling. These activities gave colleagues more chances to work together, talk with each other and get to know one another outside the usual office setting. Through shared experiences and relaxed communication, the team built stronger connections during the trip.
